From Concept to Reality

Our research and development work on the Micro Organic Rankine Cycle process began by identifying the need for a more efficient and sustainable energy conversion system for small-scale applications. This led to a comprehensive literature review of existing technologies and theories related to thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.

Subsequently, laboratory experiments were conducted to test various micro-scale organic Rankine cycle configurations and operating conditions. The results of these experiments were analyzed and used to optimize the design of the micro-organic Rankine cycle process.

In addition, computer simulations were performed using mathematical models and software tools to further refine the design and predict the performance of the Micro Organic Rankine Cycle under different operating conditions.

Finally, to validate performance predictions and evaluate its effectiveness and reliability, a prototype of the Micro Organic Rankine Cycle was created and tested under real-world conditions. The prototype was continuously improved based on the test results and feedback from users.

In general, the research and development of the Micro ORC process involved a combination of theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments, computer simulation, and prototype testing.
